Our chicken is certified Real Organic and pasture raised. We source our feed from locally owned family businesses located in Vermont to ensure quality and freshness.
When our chickens are out on the pasture during the growing season, they get moved to fresh grass daily. This keeps them healthy and allows them to leave behind a tremendous amount of nutrients building rich, resilient soils that more effectively capture and store carbon in the ground.
LAMB
Whole or Half Animal Shares
Icelandic sheep thrive on the lush pastures of Vermont, turning a 100% grass diet into tender, superior meat in quality, taste and texture. We feel confident that you will notice the difference, too!
We utilize on farm slaughter for the safety and stress management of our lambs, so shares must be purchased before slaughter. Shares are priced by hanging weight.
Estimated hanging weight: ~35-40#/lamb
Price: $11.75/# of hanging weight
Shares will include a mix of: chops, racks, ground, roasts, shanks, stew meat, and whole leg (cut to your liking)
